由于高位食管癌、较晚期食管癌术中行广泛淋巴结清扫及行颈部吻合等手术的病人逐年增多，使原来无手术机会的病人得到了手术治疗。但由此术中喉返神经损伤机会也增多了。我院自1978～1997年行食管癌手术321例，有28例发生喉返神经损伤，现将损伤的原因及防治方法探讨如下。临床
As patients with high esophageal cancer and advanced esophageal cancer undergo extensive lymph node dissection and neck anastomosis during surgery, the number of patients undergoing surgery increases year by year, resulting in surgical treatment of patients who had no chance of surgery. However, the chance of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury during this operation has also increased.
