为了给马铃薯生产适宜前茬作物的选择提供理论依据,以克新1号为材料,研究了前茬作物对马铃薯产量、品质和病害的影响,结果表明:各前茬处理马铃薯产量显著增加,以豌豆产量最高,为50 168.0kg/hm2,马铃薯连作4年处理的产量最低。各前茬处理显著提高了马铃薯淀粉、粗蛋白、还原糖、维生素C的含量,淀粉含量以莜麦茬最高,达46.26%;粗蛋白含量以豌豆茬最高,达8.13%;还原糖含量以连作4年最高,为0.67%;各前茬处理均提高了马铃薯块茎维生素C含量,但差异不显著。豌豆和荞麦茬的马铃薯黑痣病发病率和病情指数较低,豌豆茬的枯萎病发病率最低。综合各方面性状得出,在内蒙古阴山北麓地区,豌豆、休闲是马铃薯良好的前茬,其次是莜麦、荞麦。
