研究了热管对薄铜板焊接热裂纹和变形的影响．结果表明，应用热管可减少热裂纹和变形，是提高焊接质量的一项简单、有效的工艺措施．
The effect of heat pipe on the hot cracking and deformation of the thin copper plate was studied. The results show that the application of heat pipe can reduce the thermal cracking and deformation, which is a simple and effective process to improve welding quality.
