Objective: To investigate the impact of car accident stress on psychological and biochemical immunity. Methods: SCL-90 and EPQ were evaluated in 120 patients (study group) and 67 non-car accident-injured patients (control group) who were injured in car accident in our hospital. According to the EPQ score, the research group divided N score <43 3 into emotion stability group, and N score> 567 into emotional instability group. At the same time, the levels of serum cytokines IL-1β, IL-2, IL-8 and cortisol (F) in the study group and the control group were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of SCL-90 and five factors increased (P <0.05-0.01), and all the factors were positively correlated with N and P in the EPQ questionnaire, , E is divided into negative correlation. The levels of IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-8 in the study group were respectively 0 2 0 ± 0 6ng / ml, 259 ± 9 5 1ng / ml and 0 10 ± 0 0 7ng / ml, which were lower than those in the control group (P <0 0 5 ~ 0 0 1). F level was 240 ± 6 2 9ng / ml, which was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Compared with the emotionally unstable group, the level of interleukin in emotionally stable group increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The car accident injured patients than non-car accident hurt the mental health level decreased, the activation of the immune system is relatively low. The occurrence of psychological problems and personality traits have a certain relationship, healthy personality traits may enhance the individual anti-stress ability
