液压支架电液控制系统用液压阀体由于其结构复杂,交叉孔多,目前的清洗工艺都不能满足其装配清洁度要求。通过对液压阀体3种清洗工艺分别进行研究试验,对比分析试验后的清洁度检测结果,根据需求最终选取高压定点冲洗作为该类型液压阀体的清洗工艺,该工艺方法使液压阀体清洗后的清洁度满足了MT419-1995要求,并降低了操作人员的劳动程度,提高了产品质量的稳定性。
Due to its complex structure and cross holes, the hydraulic valve body for hydraulic support hydraulic control system can not meet the cleanliness requirements of the assembly due to the current cleaning process. Through the research on three kinds of cleaning process of hydraulic valve body respectively, comparing and analyzing the test result of cleanness after the test, the high pressure fixed point flushing is selected as the cleaning process of this type of hydraulic valve body according to the demand finally, after the hydraulic valve body is cleaned The cleanliness meets the requirements of MT419-1995, and reduces the labor level of operators and improves the stability of product quality.
