以GTPH60-4.0/3.0-W型固定式破碎机的工作装置整体为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立了完整的工作装置三维有限元模型,并利用插件Simulation对其进行了4种典型工况下的强度、变形、模态及销钉受力的分析,并结合实际产品开发进行了验证。分析结果表明,基于工作装置整体的集成有限元分析方法极大地降低了因构件简化等原因造成的计算误差,为结构的进一步优化、设计改进提供依据。
Taking the whole work device of GTPH60-4.0 / 3.0-W type stationary crusher as the research object, a complete three-dimensional finite element model of the working device was established by using SolidWorks, and its strength under four typical conditions , Deformation, modal and pin stress analysis, combined with the actual product development has been verified. The analysis results show that the integrated finite element analysis method based on the whole work unit greatly reduces the calculation error caused by component simplification and other reasons, and provides the basis for further structural optimization and design improvement.
