为了研究磨机基础振动较大的原因及如何对基础进行有效的加固,以某矿业公司所用的磨机和基础为研究对象,首先建立磨机-基础系统的有限元模型,同时为了考虑土对结构的影响,建立了地基土的有限元模型,分别对磨机-基础系统进行了模态分析和瞬态分析。分析结果表明,该基础振动较大,有可能是由共振引起的,同时支撑主轴承座基础的刚度不足也是一个主要原因。本研究可使人们能更进一步认识半自磨机基础振动的原因和机理,为更好地设计基础和减少基础的较大振动提供有益的参考。
In order to study the reason of large vibration of foundation and how to reinforce the foundations effectively, aiming at the mills and foundations used by some mining companies, the finite element model of mill-based system was established firstly. At the same time, Structure, the finite element model of foundation soil is established, and the modal analysis and transient analysis of the mill-foundation system are respectively carried out. The analysis results show that the vibration of the foundation is large, which may be caused by the resonance. At the same time, the lack of rigidity of the foundation supporting the main bearing base is also a main reason. This study will enable people to further understand the reason and mechanism of vibration of foundation of semi-autogenous mill and provide useful reference for better foundation design and reduction of larger foundation vibration.
