本文作者研究了自制重组γ-干扰素对裸鼠人肝癌移植瘤的抑瘤效应。结果提示重组γ-干扰素确有一定的抑瘤作用。给药后,带瘤小鼠的血清AFP含量明显降低,与对照动物比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01),且与其给药剂量呈正相关系(P〈0.05)。腹腔给药与肌肉注射的抑瘤作用有别,后者荷瘤裸鼠的肿瘤体积的增长速度远低于对照动物(P<0.05),作者推测可能与药物在体内滞留作用时间相对较长有关。
The authors studied the anti-tumor effect of self-made recombinant interferon-gamma on human hepatoma xenografts in nude mice. The results suggest that recombinant γ-interferon does have a certain anti-tumor effect. After administration, the serum AFP level in tumor-bearing mice was significantly lower than that in control animals (P <0.01), and positively correlated with the dosage of AFP (P <0.05).
