高等农业院校要主动适应农村经济建设和社会发展的需要,直接面向农业和农村经济建设主战场,提高农业劳动者素质,促进科技向现实生产力转化,最重要的一条是要把所培养的毕业生输送到农业生产第一线。近十年来,我校以招生、分配为突破口,疏通人才通向农业生产第一线的渠道,取得了明显的社会效果。1990年以来,我校毕业生分配到县以下基层单位的占毕业生总额的81.6％。1990年有45名毕业生自愿到艰苦的建三江农场去工作,有30名毕业生要求到基层大庆市大同区去工作;1992年有33名毕业生到边远的北安农场工作;1993年有140人志愿到其它农场工作;1995年1032名毕业生中有918人到基层单位,占毕业生总数的80.9%。此
