本文以小麦为材料 ,研究盐分胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的影响以及硝酸钙对小麦幼苗生长过程中盐害的缓解作用。结果表明 ,硝酸钙能够相对提高盐分胁迫条件下小麦幼苗叶片的相对含水量 ,降低叶片质膜透性和盐害对细胞膜的伤害 ,提高幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性等细胞保护酶的活性 ,抑制过氧化作用产物丙二醛的积累 ,还同时发现外源硝酸钙还能够提高幼苗体内游离脯氨酸和ATP的含量 ,从而提高了小麦幼苗抗盐性及其对盐分胁迫的适应性。
In this paper, the effects of salt stress on the growth of wheat seedlings and the alleviating effect of calcium nitrate on the salt damage in the growth of wheat seedlings were studied using wheat as material. The results showed that calcium nitrate could relatively increase the relative water content of wheat seedling leaves under salt stress, decrease the permeability of plasma membrane and salt damage to cell membrane, and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in seedlings Protect the enzyme activity and inhibit the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA), and also found that exogenous calcium nitrate can also increase free proline and ATP content of seedlings, thereby increasing salt tolerance of wheat seedlings and their effects on salt stress Adaptability.
