模拟谐波减速器在空间环境作用下的作用过程,采集了多组应力下的加速寿命失效数据,建立了谐波减速器Wellbull寿命分布模型。从统计角度出发,采用概率纸检验法和范—蒙特福特检验法,验证了失效机理的一致性。采用巴特利特检验法和最好线性无偏估计法,验证了形状参数没有显著差异。结果表明采用Wellbull的可靠性模型能够较好的描述空间环境下的谐波减速器的寿命特征。
Simulation of the role of harmonic reducer in the role of space environment, collected under multiple sets of stress accelerated life failure data, the establishment of the harmonic reducer Lifebull life distribution model. From a statistical point of view, the probabilistic paper test method and the van-Montford test method were used to verify the consistency of the failure mechanism. Using Bartlett’s test and the best linear unbiased estimator, it was verified that there is no significant difference in shape parameters. The results show that the use of Wellbull reliability model can describe the life characteristics of harmonic reducer in space environment well.
