近30年,关于神经递质化学作用的大量信息被发现,同时也暴露出神经环路的复杂本性,多重神经递质系统间的交互作用以及不同受体对应神经化学物质的复杂效应。微透析已作为常规的测量活体组织系统的神经递质水平的实验技术,并在研究神经变性和精神性疾病机制以及鉴别治疗这些疾病的新药方面表现出特有的优势。而微透析取样技术与现代分析技术联用已成为生物学、医学、药学研究的强有力手段。最近,对体内收集的微透析液的分析,大多数聚焦在色-质联用技术的发展上,该技术能够给予更加灵敏和准确的神经递质的分析测量方法。现主要综述与精神神经疾病联系比较密切的几种细胞外液神经递质的检测方法。
In the last 30 years, a great deal of information has been found about the chemical effects of neurotransmitters. At the same time, the complex nature of neural circuits, the interactions between multiple neurotransmitter systems, and the complex effects of neurochemicals on different receptors have also been revealed. Microdialysis has emerged as a routine experimental technique for measuring neurotransmitter levels in living tissue systems and has demonstrated its unique advantages in studying neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders as well as in identifying new drugs for the treatment of these disorders. The microdialysis sampling technology combined with modern analytical techniques has become a powerful means of biology, medicine, pharmacy research. Recently, most of the analysis of microdialysates collected in the body has focused on the development of colorimetry and mass spectrometry, which gives a more sensitive and accurate method for the analysis of neurotransmitters. Now we mainly reviewed the detection methods of several extracellular fluid neurotransmitters, which are closely related to neuropsychiatric diseases.
