目的研究D-101型大孔树脂分离纯化生姜提取物的工艺条件及参数。方法以6-姜酚的量为指标,采用大孔树脂法分离纯化生姜提取物。结果最佳工艺为:提取物加入30%乙醇充分溶解,提取物与溶剂之比为1:120(g/mL),滤过,滤液以2 mL/min的流速上样,大孔树脂柱的径高比为1:7,先用6 BV的水洗脱,再用6 BV75%乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为5 mL/min,75%乙醇洗脱液减压浓缩至干,6-姜酚的得率可达3.91%(以提取物计)。结论该方法分离纯化生姜提取物可行。
Objective To study the process conditions and parameters of separating and purifying ginger extract with D-101 macroporous resin. Methods The amount of 6-gingerol was used as index to isolate and purify ginger extract by macroporous resin method. The optimal results were as follows: the extract was fully dissolved by adding 30% ethanol, the ratio of extract to solvent was 1:120 (g/mL), filtered, the filtrate was loaded at a flow rate of 2 mL/min, and the macroporous resin column was used. The ratio of diameter to height is 1:7, eluted first with 6 BV water, and then eluted with 6 BV 75% ethanol. The elution flow rate is 5 mL/min. The 75% ethanol eluent is concentrated under reduced pressure to dryness. The yield of phenol can reach 3.91% (based on the extract). Conclusion This method is feasible for the separation and purification of ginger extract.
