[目的]调查衡水市豆制品生产单位卫生状况,以提出切实可行的监督管理措施。[方法]采用现场检查和填写调查表的方法对衡水市市区范围内26家豆制品生产单位进行调查。[结果]豆制品生产单位卫生状况令人担忧,被调查项平均合格率仅为46.6%。[结论]应加强对豆制品生产单位整个生产环节的监管,提出了应从4个方面加强工作。
[Objective] To investigate the hygienic status of soybean production units in Hengshui City to put forward practical supervision and management measures. [Method] The investigation of 26 soy products production units within the urban area of Hengshui City was conducted by means of on-site inspection and questionnaire filling. [Result] The health status of soybean product unit was worrying. The average passing rate of the surveyed items was only 46.6%. [Conclusion] The supervision over the whole production process of soybean product unit should be strengthened, and the work should be strengthened from 4 aspects.
