板栗是我国重要的一种土特产,国内外都很畅销,也是换取外汇率较高的商品之一。但板栗很难贮藏,在贮运中常因霉烂造成很大损失。我省靖安县林科所张太佐同志为了探索板栗贮存保鲜的有效方法,从1976年—1982年进行了反复试验,最后筛选出了“板栗清水浸洗保湿架藏法”和“板栗缸藏法”,这对解决板栗贮藏保鲜中存在的霉烂、失水、发芽三个技术关键问题,效果良好。该贮藏方法不须特殊设备条件,方法简便,易于掌握,现简介如下:
Chestnut is an important native product of our country and is popular at home and abroad. It is also one of the commodities with high exchange rate. But the chestnut is very difficult to store, often cause a great loss in the storage and transportation due to mildew. In order to explore the effective method of storage and preservation of chestnut, Comrade Zhang Taizuo of Forestry Branch of Jingan County of our province carried out repeated tests from 1976 to 1982, and finally screened “Chestnut Clear Water Dipping Moisture Holding Method” and “Chestnut Cylinder Storage Method” , Which is a good solution to the key problems of mildew, water loss and sprouting existing in chestnut storage and preservation.
