目的:探讨健康教育路径在青光眼患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法按入院先后顺序,120例青光眼患者被随机分为观察组和对照组(n=60)。对照组实施传统的健康教育,而观察组实施临床健康教育路径。比较分析两组掌握青光眼知识情况、对护理工作满意度、住院时间及费用等指标。结果观察组对青光眼的掌握率、对护理工作的满意度(分别:98.3、100.0%)均高于对照组(分别:85.0、83.3%),而住院时间(8.7±1.3)d短于对照组(11.2±1.6)d,住院费用(4591.5±370.5)元也少于对照组(5390.3±433.2)元,组间差异具有统计学意义(﹤0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于青光眼患者围手术期中,不仅可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,而且还可提高患者对青光眼知识的掌握率及对护理工作的满意度。“,”Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Health education paths in the perioperative period of glaucoma patients.Methods According to the order of admission,120 cases of glaucoma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=60).Control the implementation of traditional health education,and the implementation of clinical observation group health education path.Two groups of glaucoma knowledge,satisfaction of nursing work,length of hospital stay,cost index statistics and analysis,etc.Results Observation group and control rate of glaucoma knowledge,to nursing job satisfaction(respectively,98.3,100.0%)were higher than the control group(respectively,85.0,83.3%),and the length of hospital stay(8.7±1.3)d shorter than the control group(11.2±1.6)d,hospitalization expenses(4591.5±370.5)y is less than the control group(5390.3±433.2) y,differences between groups with statistical significance ( ﹤0.05).Conclusion Health education path in the perioperative period of glaucoma patients can not only shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the cost of hospitalization,but also can improve the patients of glaucoma knowledge master rate,and satisfaction to the nursing work.
