目的:观察没黄三赤汤对高脂血症大鼠模型降脂作用。方法:制备没黄三赤汤,采用高脂乳灌胃法成功制造高脂血症大鼠模型,设正常对照组、模型对照组、不同浓度的方剂灌胃组(高、中、低)、辛伐他汀灌胃组,通过检测大鼠不同阶段的血脂水平和血液流变学的值来探讨没黄三赤汤这组方剂的调脂作用。结果:中药高剂量组和辛伐他汀组血清TC、TG和LDL-C浓度升高较为缓慢,血清HDL-C浓度下降较为缓慢,与中药低剂量组和中药中剂量组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:没黄三赤汤可降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-C、TG水平,升高HDL-C水平,且以高剂量效果最佳。
Objective: To observe the lipid-lowering effect of “not Huangsanqi Decoction” on hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: Hypercholesterolemic rat model was successfully established by using high-fat milk gavage. The normal control group, model control group and different concentrations of prescription were given intragastrically (high, medium and low) Simvastatin group, by testing the different stages of rat blood lipid levels and the value of hemorheology to explore the non-Huang Sanqi this group prescriptions of lipid-lowering effect. Results: The levels of serum TC, TG and LDL-C in serum of high-dose and simvastatin groups were relatively slow, and the concentration of serum HDL-C decreased slowly. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group and the traditional Chinese medicine medium dose group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Wuhuang Sanchi Decoction can reduce serum TC, LDL-C and TG levels and increase HDL-C level in hyperlipidemic rats, and the effect is best at high dosage.
