首先对旧新闻纸漂白脱墨浆(BDIP)中溶解与胶体物质(DCS)的组分进行了分析,研究了DCS及其不同组分的模型物对漂白脱墨浆滤水性能的影响。结果表明,BDIP中DCS的主要组分包括木素类物质、脂肪酸和树脂酸以及各种糖类和糖醛酸,如十六酸、9,12-亚油酸、9-油酸、十八酸和海松酸、异海松酸、脱氢枞酸、枞酸以及葡萄糖醛酸和半乳糖醛酸等。DCS的加入能够降低BDIP的滤水性能。当其加入量为总体积的40%时,脱墨浆滤水速率的下降超过37%。PEI的加入能够改善脱墨浆的滤水性能。果胶、木素、脂肪酸和松香酸的加入导致脱墨浆的滤水速度下降,其中主要影响因素是它们本身的电荷密度。
Firstly, the components of dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) in bleached deinked pulp (BDIP) of old newsprint were analyzed. The effects of DCS and its model components on the bleaching deinked pulp drainage were studied. The results showed that the main components of DCS in BDIP include lignin, fatty acids and resinous acids as well as various sugars and uronic acids such as palmitic acid, 9,12-linoleic acid, 9-oleic acid, eighteen Acid and pimaric acid, isopimaric acid, dehydroabietic acid, abietic acid, glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid and the like. The addition of DCS can reduce the drainage performance of BDIP. When the addition amount is 40% of the total volume, the deinking pulp water filtration rate drops more than 37%. The addition of PEI improves the drainage of deinked pulp. The addition of pectin, lignin, fatty acids and rosin acids leads to a decrease in the dewatering pulp drainage rate, the main influencing factor being their own charge density.
