反季节大棚果蔬、转基因食品、农药化肥,以及催肥、催熟、催长激素和添加剂的滥用,让动植物的生长周期大大缩短。因此,科技的发展,让农业实现了高产,同时,也把人类带进一个低能量、低营养的食品危机时代。低能量、低营养食品时代的到来,使细胞长期营养不良,再加上毒素侵袭,细胞机能出现故障。人类可能已经无法拒绝愈演愈烈的毒素危机,以及转基因食品。但是,人类有权接受膳食营养补充剂。
