电力运维专业人员培训是一项较为复杂的系统工程,既要有广度,又要有深度。受训人员不仅需要掌握足够的理论知识,同时又需要积累较为丰富的运维工作经验。长期以来,电力运维专业人员的培训遵循着师带徒的模式,徒弟的专业学习很大程度上受到所跟师傅的影响。如何能较好地利用变电站投产更好地为提高电力运维专业人员培训水平服务?本文探索以变电站投产为培训平台的电力运维专业人员再培训的方法,结合模块化、阶段化、指标化、共享化的培训方法及适当的绩效考核,进一步优化、提升电力运维专业人员再培训的效果。
Power operation and maintenance professionals training is a more complex systems engineering, both breadth and depth. Trainees not only need to master sufficient theoretical knowledge, but also need to accumulate more extensive experience in operation and maintenance. For a long time, the training of electric operation and maintenance professionals followed the model of apprenticeship and apprenticeship professional learning was greatly influenced by the master. How can we make better use of substations to better serve the training level of electric operation and maintenance professionals? This paper explores ways to retrain electric operation and maintenance professionals with substation commissioning as a training platform, combining with modularization, phasing and indexing , Sharing of training methods and appropriate performance appraisal, to further optimize and enhance the effect of re-training of electric power operation and maintenance professionals.
