[目的]了解悬浮芯片技术在微生物核酸检测中的应用情况。[方法]对文献进行综述评价。[结果]悬浮芯片技术是基于编码微球技术和流式细胞仪技术的一个多功能生物芯片平台,它有机地整合了编码微球、激光技术、微流体技术、快速信号处理和数据分析系统,具有高通量、重复性好、灵敏度高、准确性好、易于标准化、同时定性定量分析等独特优点。[结论]悬浮芯片技术独具优势,在微生物核酸检测领域已经得到广泛的应用。
