[目的]了解山东省各级疾病预防控制中心慢性病防控人力资源现状,为加强我省慢性病防控能力建设、制定慢性病防控相关政策提供依据。[方法]对全省17市及辖区疾病预防控制中心从事慢性病防控工作的人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。[结果]全省各级疾病预防控制中心共有专职慢病防控人员297人,其中省级、市级、县级疾病预防控制中心平均人数分别为13.00、3.00、1.65人;全省各级慢性病防控专职人员平均年龄为38.62岁;学历以本科和大专居多,分别占44.44%和31.99%;职称以中级和初级为主,分别占44.78%和35.02%。县级疾控中心慢性病防控人员拥有副高及以上职称的比例仅为9.01%,市级为30.77%,省级为35.29%(P<0.01或<0.05)。从事慢性病工作年限平均仅为4.53年。[结论]增加各级疾控机构慢性病防控专职人员数量,重视高学历人才的补充,加大慢性病防控业务培训是我省下一步慢性病防控人力资源建设的工作重点。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of human resources prevention and control of chronic diseases in CDCs at all levels in Shandong Province and provide evidences for strengthening the prevention and control of chronic diseases in our province and formulating policies on prevention and control of chronic diseases. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted on the personnel engaged in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in 17 cities of Guangdong Province and the CDC Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis. [Results] The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at all levels had 297 full-time chronic disease prevention and control personnel, of which the average number of provincial, municipal and county CDC was 13.00, 3.00 and 1.65 respectively. Chronic diseases The average age of prevention and control full-time staff is 38.62 years old. The majority of academic qualifications are undergraduate and junior college, accounting for 44.44% and 31.99% respectively. The titles are mainly intermediate and primary, accounting for 44.78% and 35.02% respectively. The proportion of chronic disease prevention and control personnel at the county level CDC who have the title of deputy chief and above is only 9.01%, that of the municipal level is 30.77% and that of the provincial level is 35.29% (P <0.01 or <0.05). The average working age of chronic diseases is only 4.53 years. [Conclusion] Increasing the number of chronic disease prevention and control professionals at all levels of disease control institutions, emphasizing the supplement of highly educated personnel, and increasing training on prevention and control of chronic diseases are the focuses of the next step in building human resources prevention and control of chronic diseases in our province.
