在盆栽条件下,进行了土壤灭菌和接种VAM(泡囊—丛枝菌根)真菌消除桃连作障碍研究。结果表明:土壤灭菌后接种VAM真菌能显著减少土壤中线虫密度,提高植株根系VAM的侵染率;促进植株生长,在一定程度上解决了桃的连作障碍问题。
Under pot culture conditions, soil sterilization and inoculation of VAM (vesicle-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) fungi to eliminate peach continuous cropping obstacles were performed. The results showed that inoculation of VAM fungi after soil sterilization could significantly reduce the nematode density in soil and increase the infection rate of VAM in the roots of the plants. It also promoted the plant growth and solved the continuous cropping obstacle of peach to a certain extent.
