综述了建筑涂料的国内外研究与应用的现状，介绍了建筑涂料的主要类型及特点，并指出了我国建筑涂料的发展方向。
The status quo of research and application of architectural coatings at home and abroad was reviewed. The main types and characteristics of architectural coatings were introduced. The development direction of architectural coatings in China was pointed out.
