通过试验方法研究了预成角对5052铝合金单搭自冲铆接头强度和抗冲击性能的影响。对不同预成角自冲铆接头进行力学性能测试,并用数理统计方法检验试验数据的有效性。从自冲铆成形原理及受力方式解释了接头的失效形式。通过接头失效时能量吸收特性分析了预成角接头的抗冲击性能。试验结果表明:0°预成角自冲铆接头强度最大,但能量吸收最差。随预成角增加,接头失效时位移越大,能量吸收能力有所增强,但承载能力没有显著提高。对比0°预成角不同加载方式,0°载荷保持提高了接头承载能力和能量吸收,有利于改善单搭自冲铆接头承载能力和抗冲击性能。
The effect of pre-angle on the strength and impact resistance of 5052 Al alloy single-tap self-piercing riveted joint was studied by the test method. Different pre-angle self-piercing riveting joint mechanical properties testing, and mathematical statistics to test the validity of the test data. From the self-piercing riveting forming principle and the way to explain the failure of the connector form. The impact resistance of the pre-angle joint was analyzed by energy absorption characteristics when the joint failed. The experimental results show that the 0 ° pre-angle self-piercing rivets have the highest strength but the worst energy absorption. With the increase of pre-angle, the larger the displacement of the joint is, the more the energy absorption capacity is enhanced, but the carrying capacity does not increase significantly. Compared with 0 ° pre-angle different loading methods, 0 ° load maintaining improves the bearing capacity and energy absorption, which is beneficial to improve the bearing capacity and impact resistance of single-tap self-piercing rivets.
