啤酒大麦为酿造工业原料,我市啤酒工业大麦原料,长期以来依靠从南方远程调运供应。七十年代末期以来,我国随啤酒工业的迅速发展,国内大麦原料的供应日趋紧张。所以近年来我市啤酒厂主要靠进口大麦维持生产。但进口大麦又多系饲用大麦,质量不稳定,且价格较高,并需要大量外汇。为此,我们试图引种筛选出适合在我市生态条件下栽培,并基本符合啤酒酿造要求的啤酒大麦品种,就近解决啤酒工业的原料问题。筛选目标为: 农艺性状:正常年份能稳定在6月15日以前成熟;抗病性较好;株高适中,杆韧性 Beer barley for the brewing of industrial raw materials, beer industry barley raw materials, has long been relying on long-distance transport from the South supply.
