目的:研究左归丸对老年性痴呆(AD)模型大鼠海马与皮质神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法:以慢性铝中毒法复制AD大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、西药组、左归丸低、中、高剂量组,另设空白对照组;用TUNEL法观测大鼠海马和皮质内细胞凋亡水平,光镜下计数阳性表达细胞。结果:模型组大鼠海马和皮质具有典型的细胞凋亡特征,而左归丸组的海马和皮质神经细胞凋亡数减少,以中、高剂量组作用较强。与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:左归丸具有抑制AD模型大鼠海马皮质与神经细胞凋亡的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zuogui Pills on the apoptosis of hippocampal and cortical neurons in senile dementia (AD) model rats. METHODS: Rat models of Alzheimer’s disease were replicated by chronic aluminum poisoning and randomly divided into model group, western medicine group, Zuogui Pill low-, middle-, and high-dose groups. A blank control group was also set up; TUNEL was used to observe the cells in hippocampus and cortex of rats. Apoptotic levels were counted by light microscopy to positively express cells. Results: The hippocampus and cortex of rats in the model group had typical apoptosis characteristics, while the number of apoptotic cells in the hippocampus and cortical neurons of the Zuogui Pill group was reduced. The effect of the middle and high dose groups was stronger. Compared with the model group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Zuoguiwan has the effects of inhibiting hippocampal cortical and neuronal apoptosis in AD rat model.
