目的探讨肾癌患者17种氨基酸的血清含量及其与肿瘤体积的相关性。方法应用高效液相色谱代谢组学法检测140例肾癌患者(肾癌组)及140例健康人(对照组)的17种氨基酸血清含量,并测量肾癌组肿瘤标本的体积,分析肾癌组血清氨基酸代谢含量与肿瘤体积的相关性。结果肾癌组血清中谷氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸、胱氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸及赖氨酸含量均比对照组低(P<0.05);肾癌患者血清氨基酸中谷氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸及苯丙氨酸与肿瘤体积呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肾癌在其生长过程中与某些特定氨基酸关系密切,这为肾癌的氨基酸失衡处理提供实验和理论依据。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of 17 kinds of amino acids in renal cell carcinoma and their relationship with tumor volume. Methods The serum levels of 17 amino acids in 140 patients with renal cell carcinoma (renal cell carcinoma) and 140 healthy controls (control group) were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) metabolomics. The volume of tumor samples in renal cell carcinoma was measured. Correlation of serum amino acid metabolism with tumor volume. Results Serum levels of glutamate, serine, glycine, arginine, threonine, alanine, proline, cystine, tyrosine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, The contents of acid, phenylalanine and lysine were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Among the patients with renal cell carcinoma, there was significant difference in the contents of glutamic acid, proline, tyrosine, valine, methionine, leucine Leucine and phenylalanine were negatively correlated with tumor volume (P <0.05). Conclusion RCC is closely related to some specific amino acids in the process of its growth, which provides experimental and theoretical basis for the treatment of amino acid imbalance in RCC.
