本文论述了特别适用于测量生物活体组织介电特性的同轴线开端反射法。本方法不需要对被测物进行特殊加工,只要求一个紧密的接触面,就可极方便地进行宽频带内迅速而大量的测试,并可用于其它材料特性的测量。测试系统使用了计算机控制的网络分析仪,用 ANA 法校准以消除接头等引入的误差网络影响;用迭代法决定等效电路参数致使测试结果具有较高精度。具体的生物组织测试在0.5GHz~2GHz 内进行,将测试结果与已知结果进行比较证明方法之可靠,然后测量出死、活生物组织∈之差异,测出∈随频率、随牺牲时间的变化曲线。
This article discusses a coaxial start-up reflectometry that is particularly suitable for measuring the dielectric properties of living biological tissues. This method does not require special processing of the object to be measured, requiring only a close contact surface, it is extremely convenient for rapid and extensive testing in a wide frequency band and for measuring the characteristics of other materials. The test system uses a computer-controlled network analyzer calibrated with ANA to eliminate the effects of error networks introduced by the connectors and so on. Using iterative methods to determine the equivalent circuit parameters leads to higher accuracy of the test results. The specific biological tissue test is carried out in 0.5GHz ~ 2GHz. The test results are compared with the known results to prove the method is reliable, then the difference of dead and living biological tissues ∈ is measured, and the change of ∈ with frequency and with the change of sacrificial time curve.
