深圳市纯水岸十五期2号楼B座为多项不规则的超限高层住宅建筑,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系。介绍了其工程特点和结构超限情况,并针对结构多项超限问题,从结构整体和构件层次方面提出了性能化设计的控制指标,采取了调整结构刚度、在外伸部分结构端部增设加厚剪力墙、对薄弱部位楼板按应力分析结果校核配筋等加强措施。通过对结构进行罕遇地震下动力弹塑性分析,其结果表明能实现预定的抗震性能目标,满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的三水准抗震设防要求。

Through the analysis of the dynamic elasto-plasticity of the structure under rare earthquake, the results show that it can achieve the predetermined seismic performance target and meet the requirements of three-level seismic fortification of “small earthquake is not bad, moderate earthquake repairable, large earthquake does not fall”.
