一、引言我国已建水库,一般是以坝址断面的设计洪水作为水库防洪设计的依据。水库建成蓄水后,库区范围内天然河道及其近旁的坡面被淹没,形成了一个宽广的人工湖泊,流域产汇流条件发生明显变化,洪水从水库周边和库面同时进入水库,而不是在坝址处入库。因此,采用入库设计洪水作为水库防洪设计的依据,更符合建库后的客观实际。
I. INTRODUCTION The reservoirs that have been built in our country are generally based on the design flood of dam section as the flood control design of the reservoir. After the reservoir is built up, the natural rivers in the reservoir area and the adjacent slope are submerged, forming a broad artificial lake. There are obvious changes in production and inflow conditions in the drainage area. Floods enter the reservoir simultaneously from the reservoir periphery and the reservoir surface instead of Storage at the dam site. Therefore, the use of storage design flood as the basis for flood control design, more in line with the objective reality after the establishment of the reservoir.
