本研究利用寒地 2 0世纪 90年代的合江 19等 9个主栽中秆品种及半矮秆品种龙花 94 595、矮秆品种矮绥化选共 11份材料 ,配制 2 1个组合 ,调查 2 1个组合的 F1、F2 代及有关 B1、B2 世代株高 ,探讨了寒地早粳品种的矮秆遗传特性 ,结果表明 :合江 19等 9个中秆品种及龙花 94 595株高是属于带有数量性状遗传特征的主基因加微效多基因控制的混合遗传 ;矮绥化选的矮秆性状由单基因控制 ,且与半矮秆品种龙花 94 595、中秆品种合江 19等的矮秆性状是等位的 ,是同一位点间显隐性基因的遗传 ;普特 1具有对株高有正效应的修饰基因 ;龙花 94 595等具有对株高有负效应的修饰基因 ,龙粳 10则没有 ;具有株高修饰基因负效应的龙花 94 595等与寒地早粳中秆品种杂交 ,可以有效提高其 F2 代理想株高植株频率
