本文叙述我国磁通基准及其传递装置的研制情况。磁通基准采用康贝尔线圈结构,借助以激光波长为标准的直接比较法和四倍频计数的激光干涉仪精确测定其几何参数,并用微差法对基准器进行精密调试,最后根据线圈的几何参数及物理参数经过精确计算和修正得到基准的线圈常数值为9.99946mH,其不确定度小于5×10~(-6)。 传递装置采用差值冲击补偿法和磁势平衡电流比测量法,后者具有准确度高、稳定性好及温度影响小等优点。装置的传递不确定度小于3×10~(-5)。
This article describes the development of our country flux reference and its transmission device. The magnetic flux datum adopts Kang Bell coil structure, with the help of the laser interferometer with laser wavelength as the standard direct comparison method and quadruple frequency multiplier to accurately measure the geometrical parameters, and uses the micrometric method to finely adjust the reference instrument. Finally, according to the geometry of the coil The parameters and physical parameters are calculated and corrected accurately. The value of coil constant is 9.99946mH and the uncertainty is less than 5 × 10 -6. Transmission device using differential impact compensation and magnetic potential balance current ratio measurement, the latter has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability and small temperature effects. The transmission uncertainty of the device is less than 3 × 10 ~ (-5).
