2012年,江苏省在推进“职业教育创新发展试验区”建设进程中,率先试点中高职贯通人才培养模式,分别设计和试验了中职与高职“3+3”衔接、高职与本科“3+2”或“5+2”衔接、中职与本科“3+4”衔接等分段衔接贯通培养项目,在构建科学、完善的现代职业教育体系方面迈出了坚实的一步。到目前为止,中高职衔接贯通培养项目(以下简称“贯通项目”)的试验已经逐步进入到“转段衔接”的实践操作阶段。由于贯通项目所涉及的教育行政部门、合作双方学校、学生、学生家长等关联方面在理念、价值观、期望值上存在着角度差异,
