目的:探讨乙肝宁中糖类成分的吸湿性。方法:以乙肝宁为模型药物,采用不同分离纯化方法得到总多糖、总单糖、总低聚糖成分,干燥,粉碎,测定吸湿百分率及临界相对湿度。运用HPLC-ELSD测定糖类组成。结果:乙肝宁浸膏临界相对湿度为67.3%,总多糖、总单糖、总低聚糖的临界相对湿度分别为78.4%,62.2%,68.3%。总单糖中主要含果糖,低聚糖中小分子糖主要为果糖,葡萄糖,蔗糖。结论:糖类是乙肝宁吸湿性增大的因素之一,其中果糖吸湿性最大。
Objective: To investigate the hygroscopicity of sugar components in Hegan. Methods: Hepatitis B as a model drug, using different methods of separation and purification of total polysaccharides, total monosaccharides, total oligosaccharides, dried, crushed, measured moisture absorption percentage and critical relative humidity. The carbohydrate composition was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results: The critical relative humidity of Hegan Ning extract was 67.3%. The critical relative humidity of total polysaccharide, total monosaccharide and total oligosaccharide were 78.4%, 62.2% and 68.3% respectively. The total monosaccharides mainly contain fructose, oligosaccharides in the small sugar mainly fructose, glucose, sucrose. Conclusion: Sugars are one of the factors that increase the hygroscopicity of Hepatitis B, of which fructose is the most hygroscopic.
