目的:考察硫酸头孢噻利与6种常用药物在输液中配伍后的稳定性。方法:建立硫酸头孢噻利质量浓度的高效液相色谱测定方法,用于硫酸头孢噻利与氯化钾注射液,硫酸镁注射液,葡萄糖酸钙注射液,维生素C注射液,氨茶碱注射液,碳酸氢钠注射液配伍后硫酸头孢噻利的含量测定,测定配伍液pH及微粒数,观察配伍液外观变化情况。结果:色谱条件:Ultimate C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),柱温30℃,流速1mL.min-1,检测波长257nm,进样量20μL;与氨茶碱配伍后,硫酸头孢噻利的质量浓度明显降低;与碳酸氢钠或氨茶碱配伍后,溶液pH变化较大且不稳定;硫酸头孢噻利与6种常用药物在输液中配伍后溶液颜色均逐渐加深,但未出现微粒数累加增多现象。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与氨茶碱注射液及碳酸氢钠注射液配伍不稳定。
Objective: To investigate the stability of cefoselir sulfate and six kinds of commonly used drugs after compatibility in infusion. Conclusion: Ceftiofur is not stable with aminophylline injection and sodium bicarbonate injection.
