介绍了江苏某农药厂生产废水处理工程的工艺参数、调试过程和运行效果。针对农药废水有机物浓度含量高、污染物组成复杂、难以生物降解等特点,该工程采用混凝-臭氧氧化-水解酸化-A/O-砂滤-炭滤组合工艺处理。工程调试运行后,COD、BOD、NH_3-N和SS的去除率都达到90%以上,最终出水水质指标均达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)中的一级标准。
The process parameters, commissioning process and operation effect of production wastewater treatment project of a pesticide factory in Jiangsu were introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of pesticide wastewater with high concentration of organic matter, complex pollutants composition and difficult biodegradation, the project is treated with a coagulation-ozone oxidation-hydrolysis acidification-A / O-sand filtration-carbon filter combination process. After commissioning, the removal rates of COD, BOD, NH_3-N and SS reached more than 90%, and the final effluent quality indicators reached the first-class standard in the comprehensive effluent discharge standard (GB 8978-1996).
