在钝体燃烧器的基础上产生了一个新的构思——用垂直交叉射流来使煤粉火焰稳定和强化。冷态试验结果表明,当副射流和主射流垂直交叉后,在副射流的尾迹处形成一个稳定的回流区,回流区的大小及回流率与一般钝体相当,其边界上存在着一个煤粉高浓度集聚区。热态试验中投入副射流后,火焰根部温度大幅度提高,飞灰含碳量有所下降。这种用气流柱来代替钝体的新型煤粉稳燃装置,解决了常规稳燃装置的磨损和烧坏问题。
A new concept has been created on the bluff body burners - with vertical cross jets to stabilize and intensify the pulverized coal flame. The cold test results show that when the secondary jet and the main jet perpendicularly cross, a stable backflow zone forms at the wake of the secondary jet.
