知识嵌入性是学科化服务的基本特性。学科化服务的要素,如馆员、任务、技术、服务流程等,是知识的载体,或称为知识的嵌入对象。学科馆员知识、用户知识、组织(图书馆)知识(资源)与网络知识等组成知识网络,不同性质与层次的知识网络共同构成学科化服务的知识环境。学科化服务在知识网络和知识环境中运行。有知识的存在就有知识嵌入。知识嵌入理论为进行学科化服务研究、开展学科化服务评价提供理论基础,开辟了一条新思路。
Knowledge embedding is the basic characteristic of the discipline service. The elements of academic services, such as librarians, tasks, technologies, service processes, etc., are the carriers of knowledge or the embedded objects of knowledge. Subject librarian knowledge, user knowledge, organization (library) knowledge (resources) and network knowledge, etc. constitute a knowledge network, different nature and level of knowledge network together constitute the disciplinary service knowledge environment. Disciplinary services operate in knowledge networks and knowledge environments. There is knowledge embedded in the existence of knowledge. The theory of knowledge embedding provides a theoretical basis for the study of the discipline service and the evaluation of the discipline service and opens up a new idea.
