本文报告香豆素控制丝虫性淋巴管炎的效果,共治疗38例,以香豆素每人每天400mg 顿服,连服6～12个月。服药3个月后,25例(65.79%)停发淋巴管炎,13例(34 21%)症状显著减轻。服药6个月后,38例患者均停止发作,直到疗毕后1年半均未再复发。观察结果证明香豆素控制丝虫性淋巴管炎的效果优于以往应用的各种方法。
This article reports the effect of coumarin in controlling filariasis lymphangitis. A total of 38 patients were treated with coumarin 400 mg daily for 6 to 12 months. Three months after taking the medication, 25 patients (65.79%) had lymphangitis stopped, and 13 patients (34.21%) had significantly reduced symptoms. Six months after taking the medication, 38 patients stopped the attack, and did not relapse after a year and a half after treatment. Observations show that coumarin filariasis control of filariasis better than the previous methods used in various ways.
