目的:探讨4种多巴胺递质相关基因COMT,DBH,DAT1和MAOB的多态性与上海地区居民帕金森氏病的易感性的关系。方法:用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段长度多态性(PCR/RFLP)技术检测4种多巴胺能递质代谢相关基因多态性,对144名原发性帕金森病病人和年龄相匹配的188名健康人进行相关性分析。结果:与健康人相比,帕金森病患者DBH基因型或等位基因的分布不同,两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论:DBH多态性在中国汉族人帕金森氏病的易感性中可能起作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms of COMT, DBH, DAT1 and MAOB in four dopamine neurotransmitters and the susceptibility to Parkinson’s disease in Shanghai. METHODS: Four polymorphisms of dopamine transporter metabolism related genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR / RFLP), and the age-matched 144 patients with primary Parkinson’s disease 188 healthy people for correlation analysis. RESULTS: The distribution of DBH genotypes or alleles was different in patients with Parkinson’s disease compared to healthy individuals, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: DBH polymorphism may play a role in the susceptibility of Parkinson’s disease in Han Chinese.
