科学技术的发展,对化学试剂纯度的要求越来越高,杂质元素的含量大多要求在10~(-5)—10~(-7)%,因此在检测手段上需要有灵敏、准确的方法。目前测定盐酸、硝酸中的铅是采用光谱分析,但若用极谱分析来测定,却也有独到之处,既快又准。利用铅的极谱吸附波在示波极谱仪上测导数,灵敏度可比经典极谱提高约两个数量级。现试用其测定高纯盐酸、硝酸中的杂质铅含量(10~(-6)—10~(-7)%),结果重现性好,回收亦达95%以上。
