目的:探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌具有神经内分泌性的可能性。方法:采用神经内分泌细胞及肿瘤细胞所特有及相关的抗体S-100蛋白、神经特异性烯醇酶、嗜铬素A和突触素4种标记物对其在该肿瘤的表达进行免疫组织化学研究。结果:50例涎腺腺样囊性癌中S-100蛋白阳性表达42例(84%),神经特异性烯醇酶阳性表达32例(64%),嗜铬素A阳性表达8例(16%),突触素阳性表达7例(14%)。结论:涎腺腺样囊性癌部分细胞具有神经内分泌性的可能。
Objective: To investigate the possibility of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary glands with neuroendocrine. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was performed on the expression of this tumor in neuroendocrine cells and tumor cells by their unique and related antibodies, S-100 protein, neuron-specific enolase, chromochrome A, and synaptophysin. the study. RESULTS: The positive expression of S-100 protein in adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary glands was found in 42 cases (84%), positive expression of nerve-specific enolase in 32 cases (64%), and positive expression of chromogranin A in 8 cases (16 cases). %), Synaptophysin positive expression in 7 cases (14%). Conclusion: Some cells of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma have neuroendocrine potential.
