巴比妥类药物普遍应用于临床作催眠镇静剂,由于长期或一次性超剂量服用,常可引起中毒甚至致死,且因来源和使用方便,无论在法医学中毒或临床中毒案例中,所占比重皆较大。 基于巴比妥类药物化学结构相似,毒理性质和理化特性亦属类同,当几种巴比妥混合中毒时,常不易作出判别,亦是近年来毒化案件中面临的问题之一。 本文对国内常见的五种巴比妥:巴比妥、苯巴比妥、戊巴比妥、速可巴比妥和硫喷妥的混台药物,分别就其血清中的提取净化步骤、液相色谱分离条件的选择以及定量关系的确立等进行了探索,建立了反相高效液相色谱法,结果满意。本法可供检案工作参考采用。 仪器与试药 仪器 高效液相色谱仪(Waters公司)附510泵,U6K进样阀,490可变波长紫外检测器,740色谱数据处理机。
