采用四川某磷矿尾矿和硫酸为原料,详细考察了硫酸加入时间、硫酸过量系数、反应温度及水矿质量比对MgO及P2O5浸出率的影响,得到最佳酸浸工艺条件。结果表明,在硫酸加入时间30 min、酸过量系数1.1、反应温度85℃、反应时间90 min、水矿质量比3.0的条件下,MgO浸出率为99.7%,P2O5浸出率为87.3%,为该工艺技术进一步扩大试验提供重要参数。
The effects of sulfuric acid addition time, sulfuric acid excess coefficient, reaction temperature and mass ratio of water to ore on the leaching rates of MgO and P2O5 were investigated by using a phosphate rock tailing and sulfuric acid in Sichuan. The optimum conditions of acid leaching were obtained. The results showed that the leaching rate of MgO was 99.7% and the leaching rate of P2O5 was 87.3% under the conditions of sulfuric acid addition time of 30 min, acid excess coefficient of 1.1, reaction temperature of 85 ℃, reaction time of 90 min and water mass ratio of 3.0. Process technology to further expand the test to provide important parameters.
