PXF—Ⅰ型旋涡缝隙式雾化喷头是江苏工学院研制的一种新型漫射式小喷头。它的工作原理是:来自竖管的压力水经内芯上的螺旋槽上升,同时产生旋涡运动,而后经缝隙分散成薄膜水层以一定仰角向四周喷射。它兼有旋涡(离心)式和缝隙式喷头两者之优点,因此,该喷头射程较远,喷洒均匀,雾化较好,水滴均呈雾状的毛毛细雨。整机仅有外套和内芯两个零件组装而成,外套用1/2”管螺纹与喷灌系统的
PXF-Ⅰ type vortex slot atomizer nozzle is developed by Jiangsu Institute of Technology a new type of small diffuser.
