一、前言 我国冷轧带钢轧机除了新建的几套连轧机组外,大多为无恒定张力不可逆的单机架二辊和四辊轧机。这类轧机生产效率低,产品精度差,难于轧制薄规格产品,急需进行技术改造。作者认为,近十多年来发展起来的异步轧制技术能很好地解决上述问题,它在冷轧窄带钢轧机改造中具有很大的应用前景。
I. Introduction China’s cold-rolled strip mills in addition to several new sets of continuous rolling unit, mostly non-constant tension irreversible single-frame two-roll and four-roll mill. Such mill production efficiency is low, product accuracy is poor, it is difficult to roll thin specification products, the urgent need for technological transformation. The author believes that the asynchronous rolling technology developed over the past decade can well solve the above problems, which has great application prospects in the transformation of cold-rolled narrow-strip mill.
