本文主要以晋陕黄河特大桥主桥主梁采取(2×108)m单T刚构预应力施工为背景,介绍在传统预应力工程施工基础,从孔道预留、预应力钢束穿束方法、预应力张拉和压浆工序进行技术创新,保证超长预应力施工质量的控制方法。
In this paper, taking the (2 × 108) m single T rigid-frame prestressed construction as the main girder of the main bridge of the Jin-Shaped Yellow River Super-Large Bridge as the background, this paper introduces the construction foundation of traditional prestressed construction, , Prestressed tensioning and grouting process of technological innovation, to ensure long-term prestressed construction quality control methods.
