目的:研究海藻玉壶汤加减方及方中相关药物碘含量的测定及碘在复方药物提取中的变化情况。方法:在弱酸性条件下,采用重铬酸钾氧化I-为I2,氯仿定量萃取比色,测定波长为510nm。结果:总碘含量(按一个处方药物配伍比例计算)的高低依次为海藻药材>海藻药材提取液>海藻玉壶汤加减方及不同药物组合提取液>海藻醇处理上清液>海藻玉壶汤加减方中相关药材及其提取液。结论:海藻玉壶汤加减方及方中相关药物碘含量的测定结果可为制剂工艺的优选、药效研究及甲状腺疾病分型治疗提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the determination of iodine content in the prescriptions of Haizhu Yuhu Decoction and its related prescriptions and the changes of iodine in the extraction of compound drugs. Methods: Weakly acidic conditions, the use of potassium dichromate oxidation I- I2, chloroform quantitative extraction colorimetric determination of the wavelength of 510nm. Results: The total iodine content (calculated according to the proportion of a prescribed drug) were as follows: seaweed medicinal materials> seaweed medicinal extract> seaweed jugucao decoction and different medicinal extracts> seaweed alcohol treated supernatant> seaweed juguanga plus Reduction in the relevant herbs and their extracts. CONCLUSION: The results of determination of iodine in the prescriptions of Haizhu Yuhu Decoction and related prescriptions in prescriptions can provide references for the preparation process optimization, efficacy study and the classification of thyroid diseases.
