本研究通过对漂浮育苗中辣椒幼苗株高、主根长、叶绿素SPAD值、根冠比和主要矿质元素含量的变化的监测,研究了4种营养液更换时间对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明在前40 d内4种处理之间的差异不显著,但从45 d开始2个辣椒品种的株高、主根长、叶绿素SPAD值、根冠比和氮磷钾元素含量在2号、3号处理下获得最大值,且显著优于1、4号处理。结合1号处理(不更换营养液)在45 d后生长速度减缓的实验结果和生产成本控制原则,建议辣椒漂浮育苗的过程中选择3号更换营养液的时间处理,即在种子萌发后40 d更换一次。
In this study, we monitored the changes of seedling height, main root length, chlorophyll SPAD value, root / shoot ratio and main mineral elements in pepper seedlings in floating nursery. The effects of four nutrient solution replacement time on seedling growth were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the four treatments in the first 40 days, but the plant height, main root length, SPAD value, root / shoot ratio and N, P, K content of the two pepper cultivars from the 45th day were on the 2nd, 3 to obtain the maximum value, and significantly better than 1,4 treatment. Combined with the No. 1 treatment (no replacement of nutrient solution) after 45 d slowed the growth rate of the experimental results and the principle of production cost control, it is recommended floating peppers in the process of choice No. 3 replacement nutrient solution time processing, that is, 40 d after germination Change once.
